A University Hospitals Rainbow Care Network Member

As Physicians and Nurse Practitioners dedicated to the field of pediatrics, we provide well child and preventative care for your children as well as treatment for both acute and chronic illnesses.

Patient Phone Calls

During office hours, an experienced phone triage handler will take calls to assist in scheduling an appointment, answering simple questions or directing you to our billing office. After our office closes, we provide telephone coverage 24-hours a day, seven days a week, using the nurse-on-call service at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital together with our physician-on-call.

Appointments

For newborn, infant well-child care visits, sports, school and camp physical exams and general check-ups, we recommend appointments be made at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure the requested date, time and health care provider is available.

Sick Patient Care

Same-day sick visits are scheduled on the day of the call. If a child is ill, he or she will be seen at one of our offices that day, with appointment.  We will see patients in evening hours as needed depending on the number of sick visits that are scheduled.

Prescriptions & Refills

In general, prescriptions for medications are not called in without a physician seeing and examining the patient first. Refill prescriptions for chronic medications (other than antibiotics) will be called in to a pharmacy within 24 hours.

Lab, X-ray and Test Results

All labs, X-ray and test results will be discussed with the patient's family within a reasonable amount of time of arriving in our office, usually within 24 hours.
